A message for our Customers regarding COVID-19

To Our Valued Customers:

At Nebraska Harvest Center, we remain committed to provide exceptional service to you during this time. The health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers, and community has always been, and continues to be a top priority. Effective Monday June 22, 2020, access to our parts and showrooms at all locations will be open to customers with the following measures in place:

- Prior to entering the building, we are asking you to do a health self-assessment. Feeling ill, fever, chills, or shortness of breath?  If so please do not enter the building, instead, we ask that you call the facility for your parts, sales, or service needs.

- There are restricted areas within in each facility including shop, restrooms, and coffee stations to ensure proper social distancing practices.

- Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting activities are continuing at all locations.

- We would ask that all vendors make an appointment prior to visiting the facility.

You can call or stop by for all your parts needs. CLAAS also has available Parts Doc Online which allows registered users to generate machine serial number specific Parts Doc catalogs, which provide all of the applicable part numbers and drawings for their machines. Please contact us if you’re not set up and we will gladly do that for you.
We will continue to have a designated area at each location where parts can be placed for pickup.


Our service technicians are operating as normal and will honor any precautions our customers request if we arrive on your farm to work. We ask that you call your nearest store before bringing a machine in for service. This will allow us to schedule your service needs and be better prepared.


Online Inventory - View our extensive inventory of new and used equipment online at equipment details & request follow-up from our sales professionals with ease. 
Call Us - Please call our store and we will connect you directly, or you can call/text/email your existing Equipment Sales Consultant as you normally would.
Farm/Site Visits - We will confirm any farm/site visits with you prior to arrival to respect your health and safety concerns, just as we have worked with our suppliers to limit visits to our locations.

We have a customer portal available for viewing and printing your invoices. If you are already registered go to the link on our website at or Customer Portal and log in with your provided username and password.
