A message for our Customers regarding COVID-19

To Our Valued Customers,

As part of our continued efforts to assist in slowing the spread of COVID-19, effective Tuesday March 24th, 2020, access to our facilities will be restricted to employees only.

We remain open for business, fully staffed and ready to meet your needs throughout the busy spring season. We are asking that you please call ahead for your Parts, Sales and Service needs. You may call your local Nebraska Harvest Center branch or visit us at www.nebharv.com, and Nebraska Harvest Center on Facebook or Twitter.

Parts:You can call us for all your parts needs. CLAAS also has available Parts Doc Online which allows registered users to generate machine serial number specific Parts Doc catalogs, which provide all of the applicable part numbers and drawings for their machines. Please contact us if you’re not set up and we will gladly do that for you.

To help alleviate some of the logistical issues, we are offering parts delivered at reduced shipping rates, if you wish. This will allow your parts to be sent directly to your location instead of your normal pick up service reducing the possibility of exposure to you and or family.

We will have a designated areas where parts will be placed at the stores for pickup.

Service:

Our service technicians are operating as normal and will honor any precautions our customers request when we arrive on your farm to work.

We ask that you call your nearest store before bringing a machine in for service. This will allow us to schedule your service needs and be better prepared.

Sales:

Online Inventory - View our extensive inventory of new and used equipment online at www.nebharv.com. Print equipment details & request follow-up from our sales professionals with ease.

Call Us - Please call our store and we will connect you directly, or you can call/text/email your existing Equipment Sales Consultant as you normally would.

Farm/Site Visits - We will confirm any farm/site visits with you prior to arrival to respect your health and safety concerns, just as we have worked with our suppliers to limit visits to our locations.

Customer Accounts:

We have a customer portal available for viewing and printing your invoices. If you are already registered go to the link on this website or Customer Portal and log in with your provided username and password.

By taking these actions we are drastically reducing the chances of putting you and our employees in harm’s way. We believe this is the best way to ensure that we’re able to support you without disruption.
